Regarding the cancellation period

Cancellation of your reservation is requested by 3:00 PM the day before your reserved date. If you cancel at a later time, or fail to show up without notice, cancellation fees may apply.
As a general rule, if you cancel your reservation according to the rules above, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Unauthorized cancellation: 100% of the fee
Cancellation by 3:00 PM the day before: None

Payment method for cancellation fees

If cancellation fees are incurred, we will request payment of the cancellation fee via invoice issued by our store.

Regarding changes or cancellations of boarding times due to weather or other circumstances

Due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be changes to the boarding schedule. If any changes occur, we will notify customers with reservations in advance. In the event of boarding cancellations or changes, we will provide information on rescheduling or refund procedures separately. For more details, please contact our store at (TEL: 0969-33-1616).

If you are running late for your reserved boarding time

If you anticipate being late for your reserved boarding time, please contact our store in advance at 0969-33-1616 (30 minutes before departure).
If you inform us of your delay, we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
Please note that if you are late for your boarding time, it is often possible to board on a different departure, but depending on the schedule of the day, we can not guarantee that this will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
